We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic architectural team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent visualization skills, and the ability to translate concepts into practical, high-quality interiors that align with our firms design philosophy.
- Work closely with architects and clients to develop interior concepts and space plans.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and d cor elements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure design execution.
- Prepare BOQs and assist in project costing.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp/ V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong design and detailing ability with an eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in commercial or high-end residential interiors.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
- Experience with client presentations and in office coordination.
