- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Robust understanding of affordable housing, DSA (Direct Sales Agent), DST (Direct Sale To Home Loan), HL (Home Loan) products.
- Proficiency in processing secured loans against property (LAP).
