LORole & responsibilities :

- Promoting pediatric oncology services to referring doctors, hospitals, and healthcare networks.
- Building relationships across Karnataka.
- Traveling extensively within the state.
- Engaging with patients' referral channels and healthcare stakeholders.
- Supporting awareness and outreach activities related to pediatric cancer care.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and hospital visits.
- Promote Pediatric Oncology programs and treatment facilities.
- Organize awareness campaigns, medical camps, and educational programs.
- Build relationships with pediatricians, general practitioners, hospitals, and clinics.
- Generate patient referrals for Pediatric Oncology services.
- Identify recent referral sources across assigned territories.
- Travel extensively across Karnataka.
- Map healthcare facilities and referral networks.
- Develop and maintain a strong presence in assigned districts.

Education

- MBA (Marketing) / BBA / B.Com / BBM
- Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management graduates can also be considered
- Freshers with strong marketing aptitude are eligible

Experience:

0 to 2 years of experience in:

- Healthcare marketing
- Hospital marketing
- Pharmaceutical sales
- Medical representative roles




- Retail sales/customer-facing roles

- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel can be considered

Language Skills

- Mandatory: Fluent Kannada
- Good English communication
- Hindi is an added advantage
