The QA Engineer is responsible for understanding the product functionality and contributing to the development of innovative features by ensuring product quality through comprehensive testing. The role involves designing and executing both manual and automated test cases, validating workflows, and supporting the release process through accurate documentation.

The QA Engineer collaborates closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to validate system behavior, test data extraction queries, and ensure that the physician office billing workflow is properly captured, validated, and challenged during the testing phase.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

- 2+ years of experience in Software QA, preferably with exposure to data-driven applications or internal tools.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to test moderately complex workflows.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards.

- Comfortable working with third-party systems, portals, and external data sources.

- Good to have experience in healthcare systems, medical billing,



or payer data systems.

- Familiarity with test automation tools.

- Prior experience in a QA Engineer II role or equivalent responsibility level.

- Demonstrated ability to:

- Write and review moderately complex test cases

- Validate and verify product requirements

- Execute testing independently

- Contribute to test planning and quality strategy
