Preferred candidate profile
- 8-12+ years of experience in Creative Design, Brand Design, Visual Communication, or Digital Design.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating creative leadership, branding, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent creative thinking, communication, presentation, and team-management skills.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives.
