- Provide first-level support to MIS users.
- Act as the single point of contact for MIS-related incidents and service requests within the defined scope.
- Support users with dashboard access and availability-related queries.
- Assist users with standard reporting-related queries.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of MIS issues.
- Perform basic SQL-based validation and investigation.
- Perform basic ETL-related troubleshooting and validation.
- Handle recurring and known issues using documented SOPs and KEDBs.
- Capture and maintain appropriate ticket/support records.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them for further investigation.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 technical and application teams for issues beyond L1 capabilities.
- Support communication and status updates to users.
- Maintain appropriate operational documentation and knowledge articles.
- Support reporting and MIS support governance activities.
