Operational

1. Implement the annual operating plan for the sales of the specific zone

2. Understand the regional characteristics & trends in the Healthcare and formulate strategies to effectively approach

and achieve the referrals from OBG specialists

3. Oversee the BD executives in approaching the targeted number of OB-GYN specialists and directly meet key OBG

specialists to establish the initial rapport

4. Follow-up with the newly generated leads/ newly approached OB-GYN specialists and persuade them for a tie-up with

NOVA in referring the patients to NOVA

5. Drive the engagement of referral OBG specialists/ Doctors in the zone, address their grievances and ensure referral

bonus is paid in-time by coordinating with Finance team

6. Maintain center level sales statistics and regularly updating the same
