Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that the applications developed meet both user needs and technical specifications. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative setting that encourages innovation and problem-solving among team members.

Roles & Responsibilities:




- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications.?¢ Architect and develop microservices and REST APIs.?¢ Mentor and guide junior team members.?¢ Collaborate with stakeholders on estimation, planning, and solution design.?¢ Drive code quality improvements, CI/CD pipeline setup, and performance optimization.?¢ Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in Java (11 or above), Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.?¢ Frontend frameworks:Angular/React.?¢ OOPS concepts, design patterns, exception handling, and serialization/deserialization.?¢ Multi-threading, concurrency, and Java Memory Management (JMM).?¢ RDBMS/NoSQL databases and SQL queries.?¢ AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch).?¢ CI/CD pipelines, Git, SonarQube.?¢ Code management and caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis).?¢ Advanced system design and scalability expertise.?¢ AWS Bedrock, Github Copilot, Prompt Engg., MCP Tools

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
