Job Summary

As a key member of the software engineering team, you will drive the development of business-critical applications, reports, and workflows tightly integrated with various software systems across HM. In a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver business value. We are seeking an individual passionate about Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint technologies , capable of independently developing impactful solutions while collaborating with sub teams to ensure integration within our ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- Gather requirements, design, and implement workflows using Microsoft Power Automate .
- Develop apps using Microsoft Power Apps based on business needs.
- Design and implement apps for Microsoft SharePoint using SPFx , React , and TypeScript .
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and design patterns.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure functional and performance requirements are met.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Collaborate with subteams to ensure solutions fit seamlessly into the existing ecosystem.
- Document software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals.
- Work in an agile environment with a fast delivery cadence.
- Continuously enhance skills and stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions.

Who You Will Work With

You will work in Purchase and Produce area developing a series of software services that support HMs business operations to take informed decisions about placing purchase orders,



by making accurate data available about suppliers capacity and cost of production. The team size is around 15 developers where each member takes full ownership of the functionality they develop - you build it, you run it mindset. The team deploys the workloads in Azure, works in Scrum sprints, and is primarily located in Bangalore.

Who You Are

We are looking for people with

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the software engineering industry.
- 5+ years of experience building workflows with Microsoft Power Automate .
- 5+ years of experience developing apps for Microsoft Power Apps .
- 5+ years of experience developing apps for Microsoft SharePoint using SPFx , React , and TypeScript .
- Experience integrating with backend APIs, understanding REST/RPC , security, versioning, and data formats.
- Experience with Azure Functions .
- Proficiency in working with relational databases and writing SQL queries .
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture .
- Robust grasp of software design principles such as SOLID and design patterns like fabric , singleton , or repository .
- Familiarity with Git and its basic commands, with a good understanding of branching concepts.
- Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders daily.

Nice to Have
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Automate or SharePoint .
- Certification in Azure technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices .
