Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage Banca channel sales team to achieve business targets.

- Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling life insurance products through bank channels.

- Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners and customers.

- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with banks to expand market presence.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in banca sales or bancassurance sales.

- Strong understanding of life insurance industry and its dynamics.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
