Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced L2 Oracle Applications DBA to administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database environments in a managed-services setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support Oracle EBS applications and databases.
- Perform EBS cloning, patching, ADOP cycles, backup, and recovery.
- Troubleshoot Concurrent Managers, Apache, Forms, OPMN, and EBS services.
- Handle database administration, performance tuning, and health checks.
- Resolve production incidents and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Follow incident, change, security, and documentation procedures.
Required Skills
- Hands-on Oracle EBS/Application DBA experience.
- Solid Oracle Database administration and performance-tuning skills.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2, ADOP, and online patching.
- Knowledge of cloning, patching, backup, and recovery.
- Experience troubleshooting EBS services and Concurrent Managers.
- Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Oracle certification preferred.
