JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced General HR Manager to manage overall HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR policies.

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage overall HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave, and HR documentation.
• Manage HR policies, performance management, grievances, and employee engagement.
• Ensure statutory compliance and maintain HR records/MIS.
• Handle employee lifecycle, exit formalities, and Full & Final Settlement.
• Lead and support the HR team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 58 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager role.
• Robust knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and labour laws.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Service Industry/industrial experience preferred.
