Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, order coordination, sales reporting, customer communication, and documentation. The candidate will act as a coordination point between the sales team, customers, distributors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and order requirements.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers/distributors regarding orders, dispatches, deliveries, and pending payments.
- Track sales orders from order placement to final delivery.
- Follow up with internal teams such as Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales for timely order execution.
- Maintain customer and distributor records and update databases regularly.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, sales orders, and other required documents.
- Monitor sales targets, achievements, pending orders, and outstanding payments.




- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding sales activities and pending issues.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Maintain proper records of sales transactions, returns, replacements, and claims.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, reports, and sales analysis.
- Perform other sales coordination and administrative activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of sales processes and documentation.

Qualification

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, or any relevant field.
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, MIS, or a similar role.

Note: Candidate should have good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
