We are looking for a skilled Laptop Technician / IT Hardware Technician to handle laptop hardware troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues
• Repair and replace laptop components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, keyboard, display, battery and other components
• Perform laptop assembling, disassembling and preventive maintenance
• Install and configure Windows and required software
• Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues
• Identify faulty components and recommend appropriate repairs
• Maintain records of repairs and service activities
• Ensure laptops are tested properly before delivery
• Provide technical support whenever required
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of laptop hardware and components
• Hands-on experience in laptop repair and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Windows installation and configuration
• Understanding of RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, display, battery and other laptop components
• Positive diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
