Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Finance Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to manage end-to-end implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration experience, be customer-facing, and possess in-depth knowledge of financial processes across multiple modules. This role requires managing the full lifecycle of Fusion implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post go-live support, while ensuring integration with third-party systems where applicable.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration
- 10+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion configuration experience
- Strong / Expert-Level Experience: Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets (FA), Tax Configuration, iExpenses
- Good Implementation Experience: Multi-Org Structure, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Additional Functional Exposure: Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Project Contracts, Project Costing
- Technical & Cross-Functional Exposure: Integration with 3rd party systems,



OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), Data Load / Data Migration, Workflow, Security
- Direct customer interaction and requirement gathering experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end implementation, from As-Is analysis to post Go-Live support

Job Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects
- Conduct requirement gathering and workshops with clients to understand business processes
- Configure and customize Fusion modules including FA, Tax, iExpenses, GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Intercompany, Project Contracts, and Project Costing
- Ensure successful integration with third-party systems as required
- Prepare and execute data migration strategies and OTBI reports
- Support workflow setup and security configuration
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in line with client requirements
