Detailed Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in enterprise application development, Microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop enterprise-grade RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in application architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Microservices & Integration

- Design and develop Microservices-based applications.
- Build and consume REST APIs for enterprise integrations.
- Work with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.




- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance.

Database Development

- Develop optimized SQL queries and database objects.
- Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server databases.
- Optimize database performance and application efficiency.

Cloud & DevOps

- Build and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Work with Git for source code management.
- Develop and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Collaboration

- Work closely with Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Experience:

- 612 years of experience in Java Backend Development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ and distributed systems is preferred.
- Good understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
