Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head Projects & Operations to lead and oversee turnkey interior fit-out projects.The role will be responsible for driving project delivery, operational efficiency, commercial performance, client relationships, procurement, vendor management and project team performance across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in turnkey interior fit-outs across hospitality, residential, airports and large-format projects, with solid commercial and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multiple turnkey interior fit-out projects from concept/tender stage to final handover.
- Establish project plans, schedules, manpower requirements and execution strategies.
- Monitor project progress, quality, timelines and overall delivery.
- Ensure coordination between design, MEP, procurement, site execution and consultants.
- Oversee project budgets, BOQs, costing, and billing.




- Ensure timely submission and certification of RA bills.
- Review change orders, variations and additional works.
- Develop and manage the contractor and vendor network.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiations, appointment and performance.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants and specialist consultants.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues to avoid project delays.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, architects and PMC teams.
- Lead project review meetings and drive closure of critical issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations, variations, timelines and project deliverables.
- Build, lead and mentor project teams across multiple sites.
