We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our commercial team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market analysis, uncovering new growth opportunities, and managing relationships with key accounts to drive business expansion.

Role & responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Maintain and strengthen deep, long-term relationships with existing corporate and KEY customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and contract retention.
- Understand customer needs and communicate feedback internally to align our product/service delivery with their expectations.

Market Intelligence & Surveys

- Conduct detailed market analysis to track industry trends, competitor movements, and shifting customer demands.
- Execute field surveys and research to identify untapped market segments, new geographical territories, and emerging business opportunities.
- Assess market feasibility for new product variants or service lines to support strategic decision-making.

Market Expansion & New Acquisition





- Identify and profile prospective customers to systematically expand the company's market footprint.
- Generate and qualify leads, initiating the initial pitch and onboarding process for recent accounts.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to convert newly identified market opportunities into revenue pipelines.

Report Analysis & Strategy

- Analyze complex sales, marketing, and performance data to extract actionable business insights.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly reports to the reporting authority detailing market shifts and account health.
- Update management proactively on the progress of expansion initiatives, competitor threats, and customer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Management, or a related field (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, industrial marketing, or corporate account management.
