- Work on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and related CRM modules.
- Develop and customize solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, JavaScript, and C#.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData Services, and Azure services.
- Support CRM data migration, security model configuration, performance optimization, and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, user stories, and implementation artifacts.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Utilize Dynamics 365 Copilot, Microsoft Copilot,

- Robust experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE)
- Work on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing,

- Strong experience in implementations and customizations.
