Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the BFSI and Insurance domain to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, driving process improvements, and supporting the successful implementation of business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business users, product owners, project managers, and technical teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams.

Insurance & BFSI Domain Responsibilities

- Analyze and support processes related to:
- Policy Administration
- Claims Management
- Underwriting
- Reinsurance
- Customer Onboarding
- KYC & AML
- Risk & Compliance
- Loans & Lending Products
- Payments & Transactions

- Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and business standards.

Agile Delivery Support





- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize requirements and maintain product backlogs.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.

Testing & Validation

- Prepare test scenarios and business test cases.
- Coordinate UAT activities with business users.
- Validate system functionality against business requirements.
- Track defects and support issue resolution.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

Preferred Certificate

- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Qualified)
- CCBA Certification
- Scrum Certification
