- Handle plastic production and Injection Molding processes.
- Achieve production targets and improve OEE.
- Reduce machine downtime, rejection, scrap and material wastage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize processes.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Tool Room team.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma/PG Diploma in Plastic Engineering or Polymer Engineering.
- Experience in IMM, IBM or ISBM.
- Knowledge of Injection Molding, OEE improvement and troubleshooting.
