Role & responsibilities

- Set up Purchase & Sales Orders
- Make Ocean Freight bookings
- Co-ordinate between Trucking, Shipping companies and Suppliers to process the delivery of orders
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties

- You will learn or co-ordinate the entire supply chain management of the delivery of export cargo on container ships

Requirements & Qualifications:

Work night shift to match hours with our USEC & USWC operations.

Work hours for USWC Support :

7:30AM to 4:30PM PST/PDT. This is 9:00PM-6:00AM IST (2nd Sunday Nov-2nd Sunday Mar) and 8:00PM-5:00AM IST (2nd Sunday Mar-2nd Sunday Nov)





Work hours for USEC support:

8:00AM to 5:00PM EST/EDT. This is 6:30PM-3:30AM IST (2nd Sunday Nov-2nd Sunday Mar) and 5:30PM-2:30AM IST (2nd Sunday Mar-2nd Sunday Nov)

Preference for applicants who have experience working in ocean shipping companies
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Solid verbal & written communication skills in ENGLISH
Deadline and detail-oriented
Strong time management & organizational skills, follow through & follow up skills
Flexible & able to work under pressure
Organized & self motivated

Be able to work overtime if required
