Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as medical billing, hospital administration, and customer service to resolve complex patient complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and payers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) AR Caller (Hospital Billing)- UB04 mandatory experience is required.
- Robust knowledge of US healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
- Proficiency in medical billing processes, including denial management.
