Role & responsibilities

- Perform segmentation, targeting, and positioning to better understand the market, customers, and competition.
- Create and maintain the database of the Current Leads/ Potential Customers and discuss with the Management.
- Perform proper research on the New Leads/ Potential Customers and generate information on their Application, Market Size, Key Decision Takers, and Purchasing capability, etc.
- Customer Engagement: Perform outreach campaigns through emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc, to initiate contact with the New Leads and conduct Customer meetings and product presentations.
- Gather RFQs, Technical Drawings, and Requirements to prepare the Proposals and Quotations.
- Coordinate with the NPD team for Product feasibility and handle the customer objections professionally.
- Obtain Customer confirmation and purchase approval, ensure proper Customer Onboarding and documentation process with the delivery commitments.
- Maintain strong Customer Relationships and manage the Key Accounts to generate sales revenue and improve the retention rate.
- Play a pivotal role in the sales enablement,



keep updated with the New Products in the market, and increase sales and market share for the Organization.
- Enhance Brand recognition by strengthening customer communications, increasing brand recall, improving customer support, and driving repeat business through customer relationships.
- Prepare designs and hoardings for Exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
- Contribute in Catalogue designing and to the design and development of Product Catalogues, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials as per the company's branding guidelines to showcase the company's products and capabilities.
- Execute the BTL & TTL Marketing for the organization:
- BTL - Below the line (like Technical blogs, Mass E-mailers, etc.)
- TTL - Digital Marketing like SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Post, etc.
- Maintain the CRM on a daily basis, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and maintain the Customer Master list properly.
