- Oversee all legal matters related to land acquisition, due diligence, and title verification.
- Ensure compliance with UP RERA, local municipal laws, and real estate regulations.
- Draft and review agreements including sale deeds, lease agreements, JV agreements, MOU, and contracts.
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, regulatory matters, and negotiations.
- Liaise with government authorities, law firms, and external stakeholders.
- Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and legal policies for the organization.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a recognized university.
- Experience: 8 to 10+ years working in real estate law firms or property development companies (Developer end).
- Core Skills: Strong knowledge of real estate laws, UP RERA, contract laws, and regulatory compliance. Manage all legal operations, ensures compliance with property laws, conducts title due diligence, and handles property-related disputes. Ability to manage multiple legal issues in a rapid-paced environment.
