What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer, Authorize and manage credit, Maintain customer master data, Manage customer billing, Manage and process collections and deductions, Maintain A/R Ledger and apply cash.
Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances and credits/ adjustments, maintain bad debt reserves and allowances, prepare Accounts Receivable reporting, and post and reconcile Accounts Receivable activity to the general ledger.

- Work Service Hours Standard Days Monday to Friday - 9:30pm to 5:30 am IST / 9:00am to 5:00pm PT (March to November). Monday to Friday - 10:30pm 6:30am IST / 9:00am to 5:00pm PT (December to February)
Effective communication with USA Client. Proactive communication with external stakeholders. Lead process with minimal follow ups from supervisor.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines

- Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor

- You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on current assignments

- The decisions that you make would impact your own work

- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work

- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
