What We’re Looking For

7–15 years of experience in enterprise Storage / SAN / NAS / Backup environments.





Solid troubleshooting expertise across the Host SAN Storage stack.

Hands-on experience managing production environments and SLA-driven operations.

Ability to independently troubleshoot backup failures, storage performance issues, SAN connectivity, and hardware incidents.

Experience with incident, service request, change, and problem management.

Exposure to HA, replication, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity concepts.

Experience coordinating with Dell, Pure Storage, IBM, and other OEM support teams.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
