Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, configure, test, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV, Fire Alarm and ELV systems at customer/project sites.
- Provide technical support for IP/Analog CCTV, NVR/DVR, IP Cameras, PoE Switches, Fire Alarm Panels, Detectors, MCPs, Sounders and Modules.
- Conduct site surveys to understand customer requirements and prepare technical solutions for system installation and integration.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, communication and system-related faults.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance (BM), AMC activities and emergency service calls.
- Perform testing, commissioning and functional checks of Fire Alarm and CCTV systems.
- Configure IP addresses, network devices, NVRs, cameras and other associated equipment.
- Assist in integration of Fire Alarm, CCTV, PA System, Access Control, PLC/SCADA and other ELV systems.
- Conduct system demonstrations and provide customer training on operation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Prepare service reports, installation/commissioning reports, maintenance reports and site documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, vendors and internal technical teams for timely resolution of site issues.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, safety requirements and applicable industry standards.
- Maintain proper records of spares, replaced components, tools and site activities.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations across India as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience:



05 years in Field Service Engineering, ELV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Security Systems or related technical fields.
- Candidates with experience as CCTV Engineer/Technician, Fire Alarm Engineer/Technician, ELV Engineer/Technician or Service Engineer are preferred.
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation or related specialization.
- B.Sc. candidates with relevant technical/service experience may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of IP Networking, TCP/IP, LAN, PoE, NVR/DVR and CCTV configuration will be an advantage.
- Practical knowledge of Addressable & Conventional Fire Alarm Systems is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer/project sites.
- Candidates should be willing to travel and relocate as per project requirements.

Salary

1.80 LPA - 4.00 LPA+, depending on experience, technical skills and interview performance.
