We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer to join our team.

This hybrid role is ideal for a design professional who excels in both graphic design and user experience/interface design, with a proven track record of delivering visually compelling and user-centered digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, on-brand, and intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain user interface designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Translate complex concepts and requirements into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, style standards, and accessibility best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously,

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or training in designing
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in UI/UX design roles.
- Robust portfolio showcasing a range of graphic and UI/UX design projects, including web and mobile applications.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- Figma
- Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch.
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for digital products.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate stakeholder requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.

Desirable (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff and collaboration with developers.
- Experience in branding, marketing collateral, and print design.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
