Job Description:
We are looking for a Japanese Language Service Desk Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our Japanese-speaking users. The ideal candidate will handle service requests and incidents, ensure a smooth user experience, and maintain high service levels. This position requires proficiency in both Japanese and English, as well as strong technical skills in incident management, Active Directory, and VPN technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Fluency in Japanese (native or near-native) and proficiency in English (written and verbal).




- Proven experience in an IT support or service desk role.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM tool.
- Strong experience with Active Directory management and remote support tools.
- Knowledge of VPN technologies and G Suite applications.
- Strong customer service skills with experience handling international clients.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with ITIL best practices and service desk processes.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and basic network troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting international clients in a multilingual environment.
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation).
- Japanese language proficiency certification (Min N2).
