Job Summary

Responsible for overall plant, mines, and township security, including guarding, surveillance, patrolling, and documentation.

Responsibilities

- Ensures access control for personnel, materials, and vehicles entering and exiting the premises.
- Prevents unauthorized entry, breaches, and untoward incidents through strict monitoring and control.
- Manages deployment of security manpower and verifies security agency bills.
- Controls material movement and gate operations, ensuring only authorized entry and exit.
- Oversees traffic management, ensuring smooth movement of vehicles and coordination with other departments.
- Handles emergency response, fire safety vehicle safety, and supports CSR activities within budget.
- Monitors security operations during shifts,



including briefing guards, conducting patrols, and inspecting security posts.
- Maintains CCTV surveillance, records, registers, and security equipment, ensuring proper usage and documentation.
- Conducts training, intelligence collection, reporting incidents, and acts as Quick Response Team (QRT) during emergencies.
