Experience : Minimum 15 years in the industry out of which at least 5 years of experience in as Project Manager in high rise for commercial purpose, with at least one project from start till hand over of the project.
Compensation : Jaipur up to 15 Lakh
Qualifications :
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrable record of delivering corporate/ commercial buildings of similar size and complexity
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools

The ideal candidate will bring innovative engineering solutions, solid technical knowledge, and a proven history of successfully delivering similar large-scale projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of project/execution of Civil, Architecture, Interiors, Exteriors & MEP works.
- Creating design brief and selection of appropriate consultants, vendors, etc.
- Execution planning, budget allocation and management.
- Civil, Architectural, Interior & MEP co-ordination with consultants and on field engineers of vendors.
- Tendering & procurement, Vendor Management.
- Preparing project details, project schedules, updating the schedule as it evolves.
- Planning, implementation, QC, and status reporting of the project.
- Prepare interim and final reports.
- Team building and development along with process mapping and implementation
