Designation: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Qualification: D.EEE/B.EEE/ITI -Electrical

Experience: 3 - 10 Years (Electrical Maintenance)

Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and electrical systems.

- Troubleshoot and maintain CNC, VMC, moulding machines and press machines.

- Maintain and troubleshoot EOT cranes, including motors, brakes, contactors, limit switches, VFDs and control panels.

- Handle electrical maintenance of plant utilities such as compressors, pumps, welding machines and motors.

- Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, sensors, control circuits, motors, starters and electrical panels.

- Read and understand electrical drawings and use instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter and Megger.





- Maintain PM schedules, breakdown records and ensure minimum machine downtime.

- Follow LOTO, electrical safety and 5S practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with experience in Foundry / Machine Shop / Heavy Engineering / Automotive Manufacturing preferred.

- Strong hands-on experience in CNC/VMC, moulding machines, press machines and EOT cranes will be an advantage.

- Valuable electrical troubleshooting and breakdown-handling skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
