We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will drive platform architecture, integrations, best practices, and digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Define ServiceNow architecture, roadmap, and governance standards.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance platform solutions.
- Lead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance.
- Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Ensure platform compliance, performance optimization, and security.
- Support upgrades, deployments, and platform enhancements.
- Mentor developers and administrators.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Solution Design.
- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery,



Service Catalog, Event Management, and Integration Hub.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation programs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow Architecture.

- ITIL Foundation
