Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced TBM/Apptio Consultant with strong expertise in Apptio One, Cost Transparency, IT Planning, and TBM Studio. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing TBM methodologies to support IT financial management and business decision-making.Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Apptio/TBM.
- Hands-on experience with ApptioOne / Cost Transparency.
- Hands-on experience with IT Planning.
- Experience in designing and building custom financial models using TBM Studio.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and IT financial planning.
- Strong understanding of TBM Methodology and TBM Taxonomy.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver financial insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain ApptioOne Cost Transparency modules.
- Build and enhance TBM Studio financial models.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and planning cycles.
- Analyze IT cost structures and provide cost optimization recommendations.
- Support TBM implementation and ensure alignment with TBM taxonomy standards.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and executive-level financial insights.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot model issues and improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IT Financial Management (ITFM).
- Knowledge of cost allocation, chargeback/showback models.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise IT environments.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
