We are hiring an R&D; Head for one of the leading MNCs in the Textile Machinery industry, based in Chakan, Pune.
Position: R&D; Head
Location: Chakan, Pune
Industry: Textile Machinery / Manufacturing
Experience: 1015 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead R&D; for Textile Machinery
• Manage product development and engineering projects in coordination with the Global/HQ R&D; team
• Drive Design Thinking and robust product development processes
• Lead 3D drawing conversion and engineering activities
• Ensure Zero Defect quality culture in product development
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Sales, Purchase, Service & Engineering teams
• Manage R&D; budgets, CAPEX and KPIs
• Lead, mentor and develop the R&D; team
• Drive Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Qualification: BE/DME Mechanical / Textile Engineering
Preferred Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, Pro-E/Creo, SolidWorks, SAP & MS Office
Preferred: Experience in Textile Machinery / Machine Manufacturing
