Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and people-oriented Community Program Manager to engage with our learner community, drive referral initiatives, and strengthen learner relationships through proactive communication and community-building activities.

Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture learner communities.
Drive referral campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Connect with learners to ensure an excellent post-enrollment experience.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular learner engagement.
Support community events and communication activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to improve learner satisfaction.
Track community engagement and referral performance.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Female candidate (role-specific requirement).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Confident, proactive, and well-organized.
