Job Overview :

The Practice Director will lead Everest Groups Healthcare & Lifesciences (HLS) service line, driving research, advisory, and thought leadership initiatives focused on healthcare enterprises, payers, providers, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and healthcare technology organizations. The role involves developing differentiated intellectual property, advising senior executives on technology adoption and digital transformation, shaping research agendas, and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and expand research and advisory capabilities within the Healthcare & Lifesciences practice.
• Create thought leadership, intellectual property, frameworks, and market insights on healthcare technology and sourcing trends.
• Conduct and oversee research covering healthcare IT services, payer/provider transformation, pharma digital initiatives, and value-based care.
• Support business development, advisory engagements, and executive-level client interactions.
• Develop business case models, diagnostics, toolkits, and decision-support frameworks.
• Represent Everest Group at client meetings, webinars, industry events, and external forums.
• Manage research projects end-to-end while mentoring and developing team members.

Education and experience :





- Between 6 to9 years of experience in consulting, research, advisory, or professional services, preferably within healthcare and life sciences.
• Experience in healthcare IT services, digital health consulting, sourcing advisory, or technology services.
• Strong understanding of payer, provider, pharma, medtech, and healthcare transformation ecosystems.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, frameworks, and strategic analyses for technology adoption and sourcing initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive presentation, communication, and team leadership skills.
• MBA from a reputed B-school preferred; engineering or life sciences graduates with strong consulting backgrounds may also be considered.
