Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Directory Services Support Engineer to join our IT team The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and supporting directory services with a robust focus on Azure Active Directory Azure AD and Windows Active Directory Windows AD This role involves ensuring the optimal performance availability and security of our directory services infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
Directory Services Management Manage and maintain Azure AD and Windows AD environments to ensure optimal performance and availability
User and Group Management Oversee user and group management including provisioning deprovisioning and access control
Authentication and Authorization Implement and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to resources
Operations Support Provide operational support for directory services including troubleshooting and resolving issues




Configuration and Deployment Configure and deploy directory services components ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards
Performance Monitoring Monitor the performance of directory services and implement improvements as needed
Security Management Implement and manage security measures to protect directory services including encryption access control and monitoring
User Support Provide support to endusers for directory services issues assist users with accessing and using directory services conduct training and create user guides
Policy Enforcement Develop and enforce policies related to directory services usage security and compliance
Collaboration Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of directory services
Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of directory services configurations policies and procedures
