Key Responsibilities

Ensure platform availability, reliability, scalability, security, and performance across production environments.

Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), post-mortems, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK).

Develop automation and self-healing capabilities to reduce operational overhead

Implement and maintain observability solutions including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.

Participate in 24x7 on-call support and lead critical incident resolution.

Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, resilience, and cost efficiency using FinOps best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience managing highly available, distributed systems and cloud-native services.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS, solution architecture, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.





AWS Professional Certification is desirable.

Strong experience with Kubernetes (preferably EKS), Docker, and container orchestration.

Experience with Terraform AWS CDK.

Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog).

Experience with incident management tools such as PagerDuty.

Strong Linux administration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting skills.

Programming/scripting experience in Python, Bash

Valuable understanding of networking, IAM, cloud security, secrets management, and vulnerability management.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route53, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS, and SQS.
