Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist keeps the marketing technology stack running cleanly and reliably. This role owns email deployment, HubSpot list and data hygiene, campaign scheduling support, and the reporting infrastructure that gives US leadership visibility into what's working. It is a detail-oriented, platform-fluent role that sits at the center of Mobolutions' day-to-day marketing execution.

What You'll Own

HubSpot Operations

- Maintain HubSpot as the system of record for marketing contacts - list hygiene, segmentation, and data accuracy
- Build and manage email workflows, enrollment triggers, and automation sequences as directed
- Ensure marketing activity is correctly tracked and attributable to the right campaigns and sources
- Support the Integrated Marketing & Operations Lead during the initial HubSpot implementation and migration

Email Campaign Deployment

- Execute email sends against the campaign calendar - template setup, list selection, scheduling, and deployment
- QA every email before send: links, formatting, mobile rendering, personalization tokens, and unsubscribe compliance
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, and click performance; flag anomalies for review
- Maintain email template library and ensure consistency with brand standards





Campaign Scheduling & Coordination

- Maintain the campaign calendar and ensure all scheduled activities are queued and ready to deploy on time
- Coordinate with the Website Coordinator to confirm landing pages and forms are live before campaign launch
- Track campaign assets and approvals to keep execution on schedule

Reporting & Data Hygiene

- Pull and organize campaign performance reports across email, landing pages, and lead capture
- Maintain clean contact data in HubSpot - deduplication, list audits, field consistency
- Support US leadership with the reporting dashboards and cadences established by the Integrated Marketing & Operations Lead

What We're Looking For

Required

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp)
- Strong understanding of email marketing mechanics - deployment, deliverability, compliance, and performance
- Experience maintaining CRM or marketing database hygiene
- Highly organized with solid attention to detail - errors in this role have direct campaign impact
- Comfortable working within defined processes and flagging when something is off

Preferred

- HubSpot certification or demonstrated platform depth
- Experience supporting a migration from one marketing platform to another
- Familiarity with UTM parameters, campaign tracking, and basic attribution
