We are hiring an experienced Cost & Contracts Manager for a Heavy Manufacturing Industrial Project.
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualication: B.Tech
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates & cash flow plans
• Monitor project costs against forecasts
• Manage EPC/PMC contracts, tendering, BOQs & rate analysis
• Conduct techno-commercial evaluations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors & internal teams
• Prepare MIS, procurement trackers & cost reports
• Maintain contract documentation
• Handle value engineering, cost optimization & financial impact analysis
Candidates with relevant Industrial / Heavy Manufacturing Project experience are preferred.
