Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving targets in an agency workplace.
- Strong understanding of the Indian IT industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required by clients.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
