B.E -3 Years Exp/ Diploma- 05 Years of Experience.
- Candidates must have experience in Oil & Gas-related projects, preferably with IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, or similar organizations.
- Post Qualification Experience will only be counted.

Engineers shall undergo a competency test at the concerned Divisional Office and shall be assigned in the system only after they explicit the competency test on OISD 225 & PNGRB guidelines (T4S for Dispensing of Automotive Fuels Regulations,2018 with latest amendments) (passing marks 95% plus). The scores obtained in the competency test shall be valid for a period of one year.
