- Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide expert-level support to resolve complex payroll issues, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized payroll solutions using US Payroll functionality in SAP HCM.
- Conduct regular system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of the payroll system.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation, configuration, or support role.
- Robust understanding of US Payroll regulations (Federal & State) including W2/1099 processing.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines under pressure.
