- Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth functioning of all equipment such as ACBs, DG sets, ETPs, STPs, transformers, motors, VCBs, AHUs, chillers, compressors, WTPs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to vapor absorption machines (VAM) and cooling tower fans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean working setting.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve technical issues and optimize production efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues .
- Shift handling experience is mandatory .
