Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Inter-company Reconciliation Specialist with 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and inter-company reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, good accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience working with SAP.

The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with internal stakeholders and resolving inter-company mismatches and reconciliation issues.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform inter-company reconciliations between group companies/entities.

Identify, investigate, and resolve inter-company differences and mismatches.

Perform reconciliation of inter-company balances, transactions, invoices, and settlements.

Coordinate with internal teams and overseas entities to resolve outstanding items.

Ensure timely closure of inter-company reconciliation activities during month-end and year-end closing.

Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain proper supporting documentation.

Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for necessary corrections.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, processes,



and internal controls.

Support month-end closing and other accounting activities as required.

Maintain accurate records and follow up on long-outstanding reconciling items.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3–5 years of minimum working experience in inter-company reconciliation.

Hands-on experience in Inter-company Reconciliation is mandatory.

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.

SAP knowledge/working experience is required.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and reconciliation reports.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and international stakeholders.

Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Immediate joiners or candidates with very short notice period are preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Candidates with proven experience handling end-to-end inter-company reconciliation.

Candidates who have worked with multiple entities/business units will be preferred.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
