We are looking for AR Callers / AR Specialists to join our growing US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Chennai.

If you have solid AR calling skills, AR follow-up experience, and knowledge of US healthcare claims, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career!

What Youll Do:

Handle AR follow-up for outstanding and aging claims

Perform AR calling with US insurance companies

Check claim status, payment status, denials, and pending claims

Identify and work on denied, rejected, and underpaid claims

Review EOB/ERA and determine appropriate follow-up action

Analyze AR aging and prioritize high-value/high-impact accounts

Document all follow-up activities accurately

Coordinate with billing and internal teams to resolve claim issues

Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets

What Were Looking For:

Experience in US Healthcare / Physician Billing /END TO END ( RCM)





Hands-on experience in AR Calling or AR Follow-up

Knowledge of US healthcare insurance and claims processes

Understanding of Denial Management, EOB, ERA and claim status

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable communicating with US insurance companies

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Experience: Min 1.5yrs to Max 4yrs
