- Candidate with 4++ years of Experience in Quality Engineering with robust expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Security Operations (SecOps), and Vulnerability Response, responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery through functional, integration, and data validation testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules: ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem), SecOps (Security Incident Response), and Vulnerability Response
- Validate integrations including bi-directional data flow, e-bonding, Splunk integration, and API-based (REST/SOAP) interfaces
- Conduct data migration testing (SecOps ITSM) including field mapping, data integrity, and reconciliation validation
- Test security incident workflows, playbooks, alerts, SLA, audit logs, attachments, and journal entries
