- Conduct land, topographical, contour and boundary surveys.
- Carry out setting-out activities for buildings, roads, infrastructure and external development works.
- Establish and maintain benchmarks, reference points and survey control points.
- Verify land boundaries, levels, coordinates and site dimensions as per approved drawings.
- Conduct pre-construction, construction and as-built surveys.
- Ensure accuracy of layouts, levels, alignment and coordinates during project execution.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Design and Planning teams.
- Monitor and verify survey work carried out by contractors and external agencies.
- Maintain survey records, reports, drawings and measurement data.
- Identify and report discrepancies between actual site conditions and approved drawings.
